People on the web need to know about your site. Well designed and other cool sites can get lots of free publicity. There are many avenues for promotion. We will do that too.
The web is not static (well, there is a lot of noise, but I mean that it changes a lot). Ongoing maintenance is required to ensure your site keeps working. As an interactive medium, interaction with the people who use your site need responses. Timely new information from your company needs to be updated. Promotion can be (should be) ongoing. Budget for maintenance.
